PETITION CONTRE LA DECISION D’EXTRADER MR CHARLES BANDORA VERS LE RWANDA
Nous nous indignons contre la décision prise par la Cour Suprême de Norvège d'extrader Mr BANDORA Charles vers le Rwanda afin d’y être jugé.
Condamné par contumace par le tribunal de Gacaca de Ruhuha (commune de Ngenda) lors d’un simulacre de procès, il fut arrête en Norvège en juin 2010 par Interpol. Nous sommes convaincus qu’il ne pourra pas bénéficier d’un procès équitable et risque d'être torturé au Rwanda.
Par conséquent, nous demandons à la Norvège de revoir cette décision ou de l’envoyer vers un autre pays dans lequel il pourra bénéficier d’une justice équitable.

PETITION AGAINST THE DECICION TO EXTRADITE MR CHARLES BANDORA TO RWANDA
We do object to the decision taken by Norwegian Supreme Court to extradite Mr Charles BANDORA to Rwanda in order to be tried there.
Sentenced in absentia by the Ruhuha Gacaca court (Ngenda district) during a so-called trial, he had been arrested in june 2010 in Norway by Interpol.We are convinced that he won’t have a fair trial in Rwanda.
Therefore, we require that Norway review his case or request the collaboration of any other country where he can benefit from a fair trial.
